Flood victims in North Kazakhstan region have begun to move into new houses built with the support of the AÑSA foundation

In Petropavlovsk, construction of houses for flood victims is in full swing. A total of 400 houses will be built by the AÑSA foundation. 9.6 billion tenge have been allocated for these purposes. In addition, over 400 million tenge have been spent to build the kindergarten for 90 children.

Earlier, the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed to step up work to eliminate the consequences of the floods and aid the victims. The Head of State also called on the business community of Kazakhstan to assist in restoration work in the regions that faced "big water".

The first residents have already received the keys to their new houses. At this stage, the construction of 100 houses has been completed.

The new residents noted the quality, convenient layout and thoughtful design of the house.

Each house with an area of 80 square meters will include 3 living rooms, a bathroom and a boiler room. The walls are made of three-layer sandwich panels, which provide high thermal insulation. This quality is especially important in the harsh climate of northern Kazakhstan, where winter temperatures can drop below 40 degrees. The house has a central water supply.

The houses are delivered when they are fully finished by the beginning of the heating season, which will allow new residents to move in immediately, without wasting time and money on additional repairs. This is especially important for affected families who need a quick solution to the housing issue.

The construction is carried out with the active assistance of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region. Local authorities provide comprehensive support, ensuring the necessary conditions for the prompt and high-quality execution of construction work.

In total, the AÑSA Foundation will spend 15 billion tenge on the construction and purchase of housing for victims in the North Kazakhstan region. The construction of a new microdistrict in the city of Petropavlovsk is a striking example of effective interaction between government agencies and private initiatives aimed at helping citizens in difficult life situations. The coordinated work of the state and business will not only solve the housing problem for families affected by floods, but also contribute to strengthening social stability and security in the region.
