A kindergarten was opened in the "Birlik" district of Petropavlovsk. It is designed for 90 children and will operate in four mixed-age groups. Education will be conducted in two languages – Kazakh and Russian.

Despite the short construction timeframe, the preschool facility meets all the requirements. It features bright, warm rooms, modern play complexes, and prepared developmental materials and equipment for activities. Special attention has been given to safety: surveillance and fire safety systems have been installed.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Vice Speaker of the Senate Olga Perepechina and the Akim (Governor) of the North Kazakhstan Region, Gauyez Nurmukhambetov.

The head of the region noted that the construction of the new kindergarten was carried out with the support philanthropists who responded to the call of the Head of State for the construction and restoration of Kazakhstan's infrastructure after the massive floods in the spring of 2024. About 3,000 residents live in the new Birlik microdistrict - these are 700 families affected by the flood. Supporting these citizens was a priority for the regional authorities.

Gauyez Nurmukhambetov expressed special gratitude to Vyacheslav Kim, the founder of the ANSA Foundation and the Chairman of the Board of Kaspi.kz. The construction of the kindergarten was financed by the ANSA charitable foundation.
