About the AÑSA Foundation
Vyacheslav Kim: "From early childhood, we grew up in an atmosphere where every citizen sees how neighbors, relatives, and fellow citizens help each other and come together in difficult times. We are instilled with the values of mutual assistance and loyalty. All of this is an integral part of our culture.
For several years, I have been actively involved and invested in the implementation of various charitable projects. This allowed me to gain experience and understand how charitable funds operate and the value and impact they have on the development of society and the state.
As a result, in 2024, was established the private fund Añsa. The creation of the fund is a demonstration of our culture in action. It is a thoughtful step based on personal experience, motivation, and the desire to make our country better and to help the citizens of Kazakhstan."

The role of the Añsa Foundation is to support and develop society’s wellbeing in Kazakhstan. Its activities cover various social spheres, including healthcare, education, ecology, and culture. It also plays a significant role in the development of fields such as digitalization and the creative economy.
One of the most important roles of the Fund is its function as a bridge between the private sector and public initiatives. It mobilizes resources and provides support for social projects, creating a platform for interaction between the state, business, NGOs, and civil society. The Fund also acts as a catalyst for positive change, initiating and supporting projects aimed at long-term social and economic improvements.

Investing: The Fund independently determines the areas of investment, considering the needs and development priorities, and does not accept investment applications.
Funding: The Fund is financed through regular and one-time contributions from the founder and voluntary donations from partners.
The Fund does not announce or conduct fundraising among individuals.
